Erica Paris, has always been passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in the community. As the Founder and Executive Director of Connected Care Services, she has dedicated her entire career to providing vital care and support services that have a meaningful impact.
Her journey in the world of caregiving started as a Direct Support Specialist, where she developed a deep appreciation for working with people with disabilities. In addition, she had the privilege of serving in a state government position with the Executive Office of the Mayor, where she connected individuals with disabilities to essential resources and advocated for their rights.
Understanding the significance of efficient healthcare even after attaining a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, she made the decision to pursue further clinical education. This journey led her to earn an accelerated nursing degree from George Washington University, where she fulfilled her long-term dream of becoming a Registered Nurse. This educational background has empowered her to seamlessly merge her passion for caring for others with her unwavering commitment to delivering fundamental health and human services.
Outside of her professional life, she is an avid reader, and find solace in spending quality time with her family and pets. Her mission is to continue making a difference in the lives of those she serves, promoting the importance of quality care, and advocating for the well-being of our community members.
